Multi-Grain Crock Pot Breakfast

This recipe is great because you just throw it all together the night before and it is ready and waiting for you in the morning!

2-1/2 tbsp bulgur wheat
2-1/2 tbsp brown rice
2 tbsp barley
2 tbsp quinoa
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 cup apples, diced
1/2 cup raisins
1-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
3 cups water
1 tbsp vanilla extract

Combine ingredients in a crock pot.
Mix well.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Stir before serving.
Add more water if needed.
Note: If you like it sweet then add a little maple syrup when serving!
